Governing Law
These Terms of Use has been made in and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. By using this Website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in all disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement or this Website. In the event that any portion of these Terms of Use are held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be construed in accordance with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties and the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
